万爱公益基金是包校（小学部）家校协力会在学校支持下设立的一个公益基金。万爱公益基金设立是为了践行上海包玉刚实验学校仁、义、平核心价值观，践行学校的公益理念与实践，支持弱势群体和社会公益事业发展。公益基金使用范围包括资助和支持符合公益基金宗旨的公益活动和项目，以及支持上海民办包玉刚实验学校（小学部）的学生和家长开展慈善活动。

万爱依托拥有公募资质的联劝公益基金会作为平台，通过线上线下合法合规展开募捐活动。 筹得善款进入万爱公益基金账户, 并用于资助指定的公益项目。

Shanghai United Foundation (SUF) WAN AI charity is a public welfare fund set up by YK Pao Primary School PTA with the support of the YK Pao Primary School (YKPS). SUF is a strong supporter of YK Pao School’s core values:  Compassion, Integrity and Balance which focuses on community services and development of other social and minority groups.

The scope of the public welfare fund includes:

-funding and supporting public welfare activities and projects in line with the fund’s objectives.

-supporting YK Pao Primary School’s charity events.

WAN AI relies on SUF’s public fundraising qualification as a platform to carry out online and offline fundraising activities, which are monitored and under compliance with the common law.  WAN AI’s public welfare fund will collect all donation to fund pre-approved designated public welfare projects.

包玉刚实验学校（小学部）书籍周的阅读马拉松活动旨在让包校的小学生和家长们通过阅读来筹集善款，用来支持联劝公益的宝藏小屋项目。包校的愿景是为明日中国创设世界级学府，培养价值观正确及学业优异的栋梁之材和世界公民。 其中包玉刚小学部定义的世界公民目标是让我们的社区能够探索，学习和尊重全球文化和理念，以实现一个更可持续和包容的未来。这个目标与联劝宝藏小屋项目的愿景非常契合。

Treasure Home is dedicated to support children of migrant workers in China, and the YK Pao Primary School Read-a-Thon initiative aims to raise funds to support Treasure Home through student’s love for reading. The vision of YKPS is to build a world-class school for tomorrow's China, educating global citizens and future leaders with a foundation of strong values and academic excellence.  The school aims to empower our community to explore, learn and respect global cultures and ideas to achieve a more sustainable and inclusive future. These goals are in line with SUF Treasure Home initiative.

宝藏小屋的流动儿童 Treasure Home Migrant Children

他们来自五湖四海，因为梦想来到城市。

他们从事着大多数本地人不愿从事的体力工作，快递员、家政工、清洁工、建筑工、个体商贩、快车司机、维修工、保安……城市的发展离不开他们辛勤劳动的汗水。 

城市那么大，但这些外来者总在城市的底层和边缘流动。

城市很繁华，但他们只想要一个属于自己的小家——

孩子有学上，放学后有人照顾，有人辅导他写作业，有人陪他说说话，有人在他们遇到困难的时候能够伸一把手。

而这些，对于在城市没有根的他们，好难。

-Migrant families dream of moving to the city.

-They are engaged in physical work that most local people are not interested in, lower waged jobs such as couriers, domestic workers, cleaners, construction workers, self-employed traders, express drivers, and maintenance workers, etc. The development of the city relies heavily on workforce sector.

-Cities are large and prosperous, where migrant workers are typically blue collar workers, who only want a small home to call their own.
-Treasure Home helps to take care of migrant children after school by helping to tutor their homework, and supporting the children when they are faced with any social challenges.
-These basic needs are challenging for the children because they have no roots of their own in the city.

我们的行动：宝藏小屋 Our action: Treasure Home

宝藏小屋是一个安全、受孩子喜欢的社区儿童空间，通过提供长期持续、多元化的社区儿童服务，让1-12岁处境不利的流动儿童成长为健康、友爱、积极的人。

Treasure Home is a safe space and provides a popular community for migrant children. By providing a long-term, sustainable and diversified community services, Treasure Home hopes to help these migrant children between 1-12 years of age, grow into healthy, friendly adults with a more positive outlook in life.

每个孩子都是宝藏 Every Child is a Treasureice

这是孩子们自己的宝藏小屋，在这里，孩子可以不再隐形，拥有选择的权利；他们可以一起合唱喜欢的歌曲，在桌边一起完成作业，讨论喜欢的音乐喜欢的书本，在小板凳上一起下棋，通过头脑的博弈来一比“高低”……

This is the children's own treasure home where children can no longer be invisible, and have the right to choose – together, they can sing their favorite songs, finish their homework at the table, discuss their favorite music and books, play chess on the small bench, and have a competition in brain game.

 【包玉刚实验学校（小学部）书籍周阅读马拉松活动2023年】善款资助进展反馈  

The Progress Report for Fund Allocation of the 2023 Y K Pao Read-A-Thon

23年活动筹得的所有善款为112,253.44元，扣除管理费后的资金全额用于资助：①宝藏小屋在宁波三横社区项目点的日常运营以及②宝藏小屋在上海嘉定娄塘项目点的书籍采购。

具体来说：

宁波的宝藏小屋定期举办各类主题活动（平均每月举办6 -7次），涉及文化艺术，学习认知、语言交流、身体健康和社会情感。在暑假7 - 8月期间，小屋每天还会开放托管服务，孩子们到社区活动室学习（朗诵阅读、自主学习等活动），过程中安排工作人员值班。

上海嘉定娄塘的宝藏小屋共计采购书籍73册，为流动儿童提供丰富的阅读资源，激发他们对知识的兴趣，培养他们的阅读能力，让他们感受到来自社会的关爱和支持，促进他们更自信地融入社会。家长们也普遍反映孩子们越来越愿意来小屋看书了，手机也玩得也少了。

The 2023 YK Pao Primary School Read-a-Thon raised a total of RMB 112,253.44 in donations. After deducting the management fee, all funds were used to grant the daily operation of Treasure Home Project site in Ningbo, Zhejiang province, and the purchase of books for the Treasure Home Project site in Lou Tang Town in Jia Ding district, Shanghai.

Furthermore, at the Treasure Home site in Ningbo, various themed activities were held on a regular basis 6-7 times per month. This involved aspects of physical health, communication, culture and art, social emotion and learning cognition.

During the summer holiday, with the help of many staff and volunteers, Ningbo site remained open for children to read and study during normal school hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm)

At the Treasure Home project site in Lou Tang town, a total of 73 books were purchased for migrant children. This provided them with abundant reading resources, stimulated their interest in knowledge and cultivated their reading ability. These children felt the care and support from the community and felt that they were then able to integrate into society with more confidence. Parents generally felt that their children became increasingly willing to come to read at Treasure Home centers and spent less with their mobile phones.
